Web Design

A web site is not just a marketing tool - it's a business tool.  People will visit your website if it provides the information they want and need and if they can find that information quickly and easily they are more likely to do business with you.  Even the smallest local business or home user can utilize the power of the Internet.  Once you have decided that you want a website, contact us and we will walk you through the process.  We will need as much detail from you as possible.

Since every website is unique it is very difficult to put a price tag on it.  We will be happy to provide you with a free website quotation for your project. You can contact us for a consultation.  A quotation will be prepared and mailed to you within two working days (valid for 14 days).

Once we have received confirmation that you have accepted the quote we start to design your site, and we keep you in the loop - which enables you to monitor the progress and make any changes if needed. We value your input throughout the design process to get the results you are looking for.  Once you are satisfied we will publish your site on the Internet for you.  Below we list the costs involved with the design of a site.

Domain Registration

A once off fee and then a yearly renewal fee. You can choose a domain name e.g.: www.name.co.za.  You can have an iSAT subdomain for free e.g.: name.isat.co.za.  View our Domain Registration Options

Web Hosting

This is a monthly fee for storing & hosting your website on our servers.  View our Hosting Packages

Design of Site

R250 per hour.  This fee includes the design and layout of each page, but not the design of graphics for the page. (All text and images must be supplied by you.  Please see Design of Assorted Graphics below if you require us to design graphics for you).  The number of pages you need and the type of content - e.g. whether you need standard HTML (just text and images), forms, email components, etc. - are sent through to us and we design according to that.

Design of Assorted Graphics

R300 per hour.  This includes design of logos, any menu items, assorted gifs, lines or other graphics used in site design.

Search Engine Optimization & Registration (SEO+R)

Once off fee of R400.  Search Engines allow users to search for topics using keywords related to your business.  This fee includes registration on local and international Search Engines.

Maintenance of Site

R250 per hour.  We can make changes to text or rotation of supplied photos.  All text and images must be supplied.  No design changes are made.

Additions

R250 per hour, should you require any additions to your site (such as new pages).  This is based on the current design.  Once again, all original files, text and images must be supplied.  No design changes will made.

• All prices are inclusive of 14% VAT.

• Additional work emerging during contract will be billed at additional cost as per the current rates.
