How to add ALG to an existing iSAT ADSL line

Below are the steps you need to follow in order add services to your account

Step 1:

Log into your Secure Web portal as should below:

Step 2:

Once you have logged in you will directed to your dashboard where you will see current services on your account.

To add a service, click on the + Add New Service or click on the tab ADD SERVICE as shown below:

Step 4:

Should you already have an existing ADSL line though iSAT, please follow the below steps:

Step 5:

Click shopping cart in top right hand corner

Step 6:

View items in shopping cart and Proceed to Checkout

  • Should you wish to remove items from the Shopping Cart, tick the Remove Item checkbox and click Update.
  • Should you like to proceed with your order, click Proceed to Checkout

Step 7:

After clicking Proceed to checkout, click on either EFT Secure or Pay via EFT.

Step 8:

To proceed with EFT Secure, Select bank you wish to pay from.

Select Bank

Step 9:

Login to your online banking account

Step 10:

Select an Account to pay from

Select Account

Step 11:

OTP will be sent to your mobile

Process Payment

Step 12:

If successful, you will be redirected back to the Checkout Complete page of the iSAT website.

Click the Continue to complete service setup to return to your account Dashboard, where you will find services waiting for final setup.

Step 13:

Upon reaching the dashboard you will now see your ALG order and be asked to finalize your order.

Finise ALG

Step 14:

Once clicking on the finalize button you will be directed to the below page. You will be able to choose an ADSL line on from your account to activate ALG on.

Complete ALG Order

ALG will now be activated on the specified ADSL line.
